Compared with the existing technology, the outer plate of the door cover does not need to be equipped with other positioning mechanisms, avoiding the setting error introduced by multiple clamping during the workpiece handling process, reducing the logical waiting time between the robot and the outer plate positioning mechanism, and improving the working efficiency and the quality of the flanging; The system automatically detects and adaptively controls the processing process, with high flexibility, good process effect, short working rhythm and compact space.
